All of the inspections we have are on pre-fund or post-fund commercial assets (semi-trucks, trailer, restaurant equipment, etc.), site visits, and door knock visit. All inspections are pre or post-fund commercial assets, site inspections, and collections Our inspections have a typical timeline of 24-48 hours, but some inspections can be 48-72 hours. Urgency is key, but not at the expense of thorough and complete reports. • Collections – We do not ask our inspectors to collect payments. These accounts require an unannounced visit to establish contact between a lender and their client. These accounts require site photos and a report to be submitted. In some cases, you may need to photograph some equipment and notate its condition. • Inspections – Equipment inspections are a more detailed look into the condition and functionality of equipment. They include taking several photos of the equipment along with completing a report about its condition. Site inspections are similar, except they are primarily photographing and noting a business’ condition and reporting basic facts on a report. Commercial site inspections only.
