This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and quality ofmechanical systems through meticulous inspection, testing, andrepair. The primary focus will be on our New Jersey site, where youwill provide essential technical program support for equipmentinspection and maintenance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical functions,each aimed at maintaining the highest standards of mechanicalintegrity and quality assurance. These duties are essential to therole and must be performed with precision and adherence toregulatory standards.

Develop, Authorize, Maintain, and ImplementInspection Plans:

 Create and uphold standardized inspectionprotocols for all PSM Critical Equipment, including pressurevessels, process vessels, heat exchangers, piping, storage tanks,and more.

Conduct Equipment Inspections:

 Perform thoroughinspections in accordance with

API 510, API

653, and API 570guidelines and regulations.

Post-Inspection Reporting:

 Completedetailed post-inspection reports, offering recommendations andmodifications for immediate concerns and future considerations.

Repair Plan Development:

 Develop, implement, and documentcomprehensive repair plans for fixed equipment.

Field ContractAdministration:

 Oversee field repairs of equipment, ensuring allcontractual obligations are met.

Documentation Management:

ÂStandardize, organize, and maintain essential documentation,including design bases, inspection plans, and reports, in line withcorporate and site MIQA best practices.

SAP and Equipment FileUpdates:

 Keep SAP and equipment files current with equipmenthistory and inspection plans.

Compliance Assurance:

 Ensure allinspections and tests align with the original equipment designbasis and recognized good engineering practices (RAGAGEP).

RepairDocumentation:

 Document all repairs to fixed PSM CriticalEquipment in accordance with

OSHA 1970.119.
Fitness-for-ServiceEvaluations:

 Assess the fitness-for-service of all fixed PSMCritical Equipment and assist in developing and documenting repairsto return equipment to service.

RAGAGEP Calculations:

 Performnecessary calculations to determine the minimum allowable thicknessof pressure vessels, piping, and tanks in PSM Critical service.

Guidance to

NDE Examiners:

 Provide functional guidance to clientand contract NDE Examiners.

Inspection Result Evaluations:

ÂEvaluate results of various non-destructive inspections on processequipment and provide recommendations based on findings.

AuthorizedInspector Duties:

 Act as the Authorized Inspector for PSMCritical pressure vessel, piping, and storage tank inspections andtests, approving all alterations.

Corrosion Monitoring ProgramManagement:

 Manage and implement the Corrosion Monitoring programPSAIM® for the sites.

Contract NDE Coordination:

 Coordinatecontract NDE inspections and perform Field Contract Administratorresponsibilities.

Quality Assurance Plan Development:

 DevelopQuality Assurance Plans for the fabrication of new equipment, suchas tanks, pressure vessels, and piping.

QA Inspections:

 Performand coordinate QA inspections of new equipment both on-site and atshop locations.

Equipment Life Estimation:

 Estimate the remaininglife of equipment per applicable RAGAGEP standards.

Owners UserManual Maintenance:

 Maintain the site Owners User Manual asapplicable.

UT and PT Performance:

 Perform UT and PT on anas-needed non-routine basis (client will provide training if notcertified).

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position,candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

Education/Experience/Background:

Over 3 years of work experiencewithin high hazardous chemical processing or oil refiningindustries, or similar fields. Possession of at least 2 out of 3certifications:

API 510, API 570, API 653.

Willingness to travelapproximately 30-40% per year.
