Part time on an as-needed basis. Good pay for the little bit of time involved. If you are retired or semi-retired from this industry or you are working doing field work, this may be a great opportunity for you to earn some easy extra income. Our customers require inspections of all types of equipment, from excavators & dozers down to fleet service trucks and trailers. To do this job, you will need:
- Ability to take quality clear photos (modern camera phone is perfect)
- A medium-level understanding of the equipment you are photographing (for example, you know how to turn on the main power switch to take a photo of the hour meter on an excavator)
- You have transportation to and from the equipment location
- Access to the internet (you have to upload the photos to our website)
- Ability to type some basic sentences into an online form and submit it
- Sometimes you have to take a short video of the machine running and upload it We pay per machine inspection and we pay the same day. The machines are at storage locations managed by our company. We pay between $100
- $200 per machine inspection (it depends on the complexity of the inspection).
Sometimes there are multiple machines to be inspected at the same location at the same time and you will be paid on each separate machine inspection even though they are all at the same location.
