We are looking for Chili Plant Sorters to join a local spice company in Johnson City.
This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and inspect chili flakes for quality control. Remove any foreign materials or defects from product batches. Work efficiently to maintain production flow and deadlines. Follow safety and hygiene guidelines in the food processing environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail for quality control. Team player with a strong work ethic. No prior experience required-on-the-job training provided.
