Forestry Technician Position Available In Cleburne, Alabama

Forestry Technician TRW Management inc Chulafinnee, AL 36264 Forest Technician (East AL) Primary duties: Audit crews and/or contractors for site specific requirements, Manage all steps of the reforestation process, Collect and Analyze plot data, Timber sale layout, GPS, Cruising, Work with company crews to perform task as needed.

Requirements:

Alabama registered forester or ability to become a Alabama RF. Minimum of 2 years in the forest industry. Clean and valid drivers license.

Must Be:

• Competent, Safe, Able to work Long hours ALL days in ALL weather conditions.
• Able to read Maps, Coordinates, Ability to navigate without cellular signal, Experience with GIS, Microsoft office, Google Sheets, Avenza, and Acres.
• Physically fit to walk, stand, bend, crawl for long hours through timber stands and clear cuts.

Up and Down uneven terrain, Dense briars, Creeks or Mountains.

$18.00 – $24.00 per hour
