We work on construction sites to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our field crew and be part of our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain silt fences, erosion blankets, and other erosion control materials
• Operate hand and power tools as needed
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and site cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work hard and follow instructions
• Basic construction or erosion control experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
