Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production personnel, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves training employees, managing schedules, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with management to meet production goals. Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor production personnel across all stages of the manufacturing process
• Provide training on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Act as the first point of contact for addressing and resolving workplace issues, offering recommendations to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Advise on personnel-related decisions, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, hiring, and promotions.
• Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and prioritize tasks. communicate with management to make necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
• Assist in inventory management by advising production personnel on the most efficient use of materials and resources.
• Accurately log daily inventory usage into our ERP system to maintain up-to-date records.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and support management in the execution of planned maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist employees with logging labor hours into our ERP system to ensure precise tracking and reporting.
• Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards while meeting production deadlines. Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 years of experience in Manufacturing is preferred
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required Skills and Physical Demands
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and theoretically;
• Excellent time-management skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading;
• Proficient in the use of all standard woodworking tools and mechanical tools.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds;
• Stand for long periods of time, occasionally walking, stooping, and reaching;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Be able to work a 10-hour shift or overtime as needed;
• Forklift experience required.

Full-time Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
