The Judge Group is seeking a Production Manager for a forest product manufacturing company in Chester, SC area

Days Responsibilities:
Oversee Production:
Manage production and manufacturing processes in line with established specifications, quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost benchmarks to continually enhance operational efficiency, economy, and safety.
Ensure Workplace Safety:
Create a safe working environment for employees that surpasses regulatory compliance requirements.
Equipment and Supplies Management:
Collaborate with suppliers and advise the Plant Manager on the necessary equipment and supplies to maintain an efficient, modern manufacturing facility.
Project and Equipment Coordination:
Coordinate engineering efforts on new projects and existing equipment upgrades, and prepare supporting data for AFEs.
Safety Meetings and Training:
Develop monthly safety meeting agendas and training materials.
Qualifications:
