Job Description

  • This position is contingent upon award and a secret security clearance is required. The location is subject to change.
  • Senior Administrative Support
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Support in areas such as reception, file management, word processing, scheduling, database maintenance, document preparation, technical writing and documentation, development of deliverables, meetings, and conference support.
  • Other related administrative and clerical activities are also required, such as, computer skills, maintaining the Project Office calendar, creating travel documentation, updating travel status, arranging meetings, and preparing official documentation and correspondence IAW Army Regulation (AR) 25-50.
  • Advising, assisting, and coordinating plans and operations for the Project Office.
  • Provide expertise to functionally assigned IPTs and working groups.
  • Prepare briefings, support briefings, coordinate visits, ensure security procedures are followed, plan for conferences, track suspense dates, communicate with higher headquarters, develop recommendations, and execute resulting internal control procedures.
  • Identify, plan, resource, and develop the documentation required to acquire facilities to enable training, maintenance, and storage to maximize effectiveness of system operation and the logistics support system at the lowest total ownership cost.
  • May prepare plans for the acquisition of facilities to enable responsive support.
  • Assess requirements for permanent and semipermanent real property assets and infrastructure required to support the program.

– This may include studies to define types of facilities and infrastructure, improvements, location, space and storage needs, environmental, security requirements, equipment, and other related studies necessary to facilitate required operational and capabilities the building(s) and location(s).

  • May assist with resourcing personnel with the grades and skills required to operate and maintain equipment.
  • Adhere to the company’s AS9100 policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3 + years of experience.
