Part time 2PM-6PM Floater Munchkinland Learning Academy Child Care Center Port Saint John, FL 32927 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part Time Floater from 2PM-6PM to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently each day. As a Floater you will be assisting in the classroom assigned to you for that shift. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Be flexible in classroom assignments. Set up equipment and ensure all tools are functional and ready for use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Must be able to pass a background screen. Previous child care experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
