The ideal candidate will have experience in paint equipment operation and a strong understanding of road marking techniques. As a Line Striper, you will be responsible for applying paint to road surfaces, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure clear and effective traffic guidance. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions. Responsibilities Operate line striping equipment safely and efficiently to apply paint on various surfaces. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion. Utilize paint spraying equipment such as push spraying machines as well as operating ride on equipment. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Ensure accurate measurements and alignment of stripes according to specifications and drawings. Requirements Proven experience in paint equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks associated with line striping. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license is preferred.
