The ideal candidate will have a passion for pool maintenance. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, making it essential for candidates to possess both technical skills and a commitment to quality service. Duties Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Conduct thorough pool cleaning using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure optimal water quality. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate any issues or recommendations to clients. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in various environments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
