We invest in the best tools to help you succeed in the field. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ As a Paver Sealing Technician at Fortress Paver Sealing, you will play a crucial role in revitalizing outdoor spaces for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning, prepping, and sealing pavers using our proven 8-step process.
• Stripping old, failed sealers when necessary, and ensuring surfaces are ready for sealing.
• Applying sand to paver joints and performing touch-ups as needed.
• Operating power washers and other sealing equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Providing exceptional customer service and answering any questions the client may have. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting equipment and materials up to 50lbs while walking with them
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in outdoor environments and all weather conditions.
• Experience in paver sealing or pressure washing is a plus, but we’re hiring with no experience!
