Short-Term Rental Field Assistant Check In Servicing LLC Tampa, FL We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Field Assistant to support daily operations across our rental properties. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, working independently, and playing a key role in delivering a five-star guest experience. Responsibilities include property inspections, restocking supplies, assisting with turnovers, and ensuring each home meets our high standards before and after guest stays. Compensation:
$15 – $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Perform routine property checks before guest arrivals and after departures Ensure all homes are clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready Deliver supplies, linens, or essentials to properties as needed Report maintenance issues or damages and coordinate with vendors when necessary Assist cleaning crews with turnover logistics and schedule coordination Handle occasional guest requests or on-site issues in a timely, professional manner Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and inventory restocks
Qualifications:
