The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for pool maintenance and repair. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing excellent service to our clients. Duties Conduct regular inspections of pools to assess their condition and identify any maintenance needs. Perform routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Maintain pool equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly. Utilize power tools and hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot issues related to pool systems and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance. Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed on each pool. Qualifications Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
