Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their swimming pool needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting swimming pool products
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked with merchandise
- Perform regular store maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on proper pool maintenance techniques
- Assist with pool water testing and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of swimming pool equipment, chemicals, and maintenance is a plus
