We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gunsmith. No prior experience is required —we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the building, repair, assembly, and modification of handguns. Learn to conduct inspections, routine maintenance, test fire, and cleaning of firearms. Diagnose mechanical issues and assist with troubleshooting and repair. Customize firearms to meet build specifications (e.g., color specification, upgrades, etc.). Maintain accurate records of work for compliance and tracking. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. All work is kept confidential and an NDA must be signed.

We Will Train You If You Have:

A strong interest in craftsmanship. Basic mechanical skills or experience working with hand tools (calipers, hones, files, 3-edge, etc.). Attention to detail and a willingness to learn precision snd tedious work. A positive attitude and ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to be a team player. Reliability, integrity, and good communication skills Strong Accountability. Preferred (but not required): Previous experience working with firearms, tools, or in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of firearm mechanics or ATF compliance Any technical training, machining, or hobby gunsmithing experience
