The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable for our clients. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Monitor and adjust chemical levels to ensure water quality meets safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment, identifying any issues that require repair or replacement. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repairs and maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their concerns and answering questions related to pool care. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including chemical balances and equipment repairs. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on-site at client locations. Skills Proficient in pool cleaning techniques and maintenance practices. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in pool maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while completing tasks.
