The ideal candidate will have a passion for pool maintenance and a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires the use of various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool systems. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as necessary to maintain safe swimming conditions. Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lights. Utilize power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance of pool systems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
