To help keep up with our growing client demands, we have an opportunity for Pool Technician worker in Orlando FL to join our team. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Technician to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in the pool and common areas of our property. This role is crucial to ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of shared spaces such as pool decks, hallways, stairwells, and tiki huts to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Perform light maintenance tasks including fixing or replacing light fixtures, light bulbs, and addressing minor plumbing issues (e.g., leaky faucets). Inspect and repair pool gate mechanisms as needed. Ensure overall cleanliness of all pool facility areas, including pressure washing when necessary. Remove trash and replace waste liners in pool and common areas. Monitor and ensure common area restrooms are clean, functional, and in good working condition.
Qualifications:
Valid Pool Technician Certification is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in general maintenance, custodial, or pool care is a plus. Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
