Detailed Job Description:

Provide and maintain application availability; ensure the application is active and operating as defined in any service level agreements; monitor application in production environment, including periodically monitoring servers, application etc.
Should be able to identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization, considering both internal and external factors.
Responsible for day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform. Lead the administration of items such as user accounts, data feeds, workflow & reports access etc.
Should be responsible for incident response; developing processes to detect, respond to, and recover from incidents and breaches.
Regularly assessing and reporting on risk management activities, performance indicators and compliance status
Involvement in Change Management activities for application break fix, minor enhancements, perfective maintenance changes, monitoring needs, validations for releases etc.
Supporting change management in accordance with Client’s standard change management policies/practices.
