IS FOR THE WEDNESDAY – SATURDAY SHIFT

Carries out assigned tasks related to trimming, drying, bucking, and machine work. Tightly trims cannabis by hand or machine. Organizes the follower and shake. Sorts trimming into bins. Ensures compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.? Drying process and ensure the dried product meet required specifications.? Maintains a safe work environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).? Operates and uses assigned equipment and machinery.? Other duties as assigned. •This shift is 4 ten hours shifts Sunday – Wednesday 6:30am – 5pm. •Must be able to obtain a state marijuana agent card and pass a background check. Must be able to communicate with team effectively and professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations. Self-Motivated. Ability to multitask. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to stay focused. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude. Available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent attendance High School Diploma or equivalent. Cannabis experience preferred or familiar with how trimmed cannabis flowers should look on the shelves Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times. The ability to respond quickly to sounds. The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations. The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day. The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time. The ability to work in bright/cold conditions. The ability to work in low light situations. Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity. Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals. Post-Harvest Tech completes assigned tasks within the department that may include harvest, drying, bucking, trimming and machine line work.
