Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

- 2:30 PM or 3rd 10:00pm-6:30am What’s the Job?
Assemble Lunchables products by placing components into tray compartments. Inspect finished packages for quality and packaging defects. Palletize cartons and prepare for shipping. Maintain clean workstations and remove rework/trash regularly. Operate and inspect machines like the Mahaffey-Harder tray sealer and Mondini Sealer. What’s Needed? Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift. Experience in fast-paced or food production environments (preferred). Willingness to follow GMP/quality standards. Dependable transportation and punctuality. Comfortable working around machines and conveyors. What’s in it for Me?
