RESPONSIBILITIES

Report directly to the Head Professional of Tennis. Open the courts, tidi-courts, and Practice Alley in the morning and secure and close up in the evening. Perform daily maintenance on grounds, clay courts and hard courts to prepare them for the guests to use. Repair or replace nets and center straps as needed. Adjust or replace sprinkler heads as needed. General maintenance and upkeep of the Tennis Center and its facilities. Always exude an outgoing and pleasant personality and should enjoy working with people. Be self-motivated and exhibit excellent communication skills. Follow and support Service Commitment and Core Values. All other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age due to the physical environment and requirements of the job. High school diploma, or equivalent GED, preferred. Tennis playing experience and general knowledge is highly preferred. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Good to Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Must be able to pass a background check.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift and carry minimum weight of 50 lbs. across short-medium distances. Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift while reaching, bending and stooping. Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements. Must be able to work in a fast paced, intense work environment, sometimes under extreme heat and stress.
