Ensure HSE policies are deployed andfollowed Coach and develop team to deliver maximum efficiency inall areas Follows, stabilises and optimises equipment performancefor painting process. Follows, stabilises and optimises PaintPreventative Maintenance plans and results. Participates in newequipment development and improvement plans Works according to HSErequirements (LOTO, cleaning…) and promote safety mindset on day today basis Ensures safety and security conditions are kept in orderwithin the paint line, alert management in case of anynon-conformity or deviance Implements paint standards and exchangeswithin painting networks best practices Controls and optimizesprocess parameters Stabilizes and optimizes painting equipmentpreventative maintenance plans. Stabilizes and optimizes paintingprograms and brush settings Leads Paint Consumption monitoring andimprovement activities Tests and validates technical solutions(OPTIPRO projects, changes in the plant, equipment supplier)Analyses process and equipment failures Participates in continuousimprovement activities and productivity covering all process areas-cycle times, scrap, downtime, machine / tools and energyParticipates in paint assessment. Develops the paint processes andsystems ensuring a framework that will achieve world-classstandards of quality and service to the customer and to achieveenvironmental compliance Participate in the paint process FMEA andmake sure that standardized work practices are being used.

Establishes effective communication channels with the team and itspeople so as to realize their Knowledge and full potential and tomake sure that they are working to the same common business goalsContinually develops/drives the paint tech team to deliver best inclass processes and standards. Own the technical integrity of paintdatabase and supports introduction plans into plant painting areaEnsures quality standards are maintained by the paint tech team.

Designs and justifies new improvements and equipment to reducedowntime and increase productivity. Works with other departments tosupport and solves joint problems – maintenance. Participates inpaint technicians’ recruitment to assess technical abilities. Maytrain and coach paint technicians and operators Put in placeeffective visual management The qualified candidate has: Provenrecord of delivering results, problem solving and applicationskills Minimum of 5 years’ experience in paint application fieldProcess orientated with experience of painted plastics parts,equipment management and robots programming knowledge Experience ina large manufacturing environment, with a background to problemsolving, deployment of industrial standards and best practices”Lean” application to products, processes and flows Open to newconcepts and innovation with application to problem solving andproductivity improvement utilising data and analytical orientatedtools knowledge of AIAG Core Tools As a responsible company,Plastic Omnium pays particular attention to diversity and equalitywithin its teams and the Group commits to treat all jobapplications equally.
