Vacation Rental Cleaning TEAMS!! Beyond Expectations Property Management Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 Due to fast growth, we are looking for 3 new cleaning teams (with 2 or more people), for cabins located in Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley and Gatlinburg. We are easy to work with and our staff loves being a part of the team as we do not have any turnover unless the cleaner does not provide a 5 star clean. This is our highest expectation, and we are strict about it as we have inspectors that also look at the cleanliness before each guest arrives. We offer the best rates in the area, sometimes double what other vacation rental companies pay, for thorough full time housekeepers that will have a great future with the company if the work is performed well. Must have excellent cleanliness standards to clean vacation rental cabins. We want the best and willing to offer fantastic rates to get them! Attention to detail and the ability to get the properties in a “squeaky clean” condition is highly important with the goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our properties in a clean and orderly condition. Being dependable with reliable transportation is extremely important. Responsibilities Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits, including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors Dust, change sheets, towels, and other linens Clean bathrooms, kitchen, turn on and empty the dishwasher Drain and clean the hot tub, grill, and remove the trash from the property Check light bulbs, batteries, and other equipment to make sure they are working properly Must be reliable and have transportation We want the best and expect the best, which is why we pay higher rates! Skills Proven working experience in relevant field with references Ability to work independently and remain motivated Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Knowledge of English language
