Enjoy Unique Stays is seeking a dedicated Grounds Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and care of 50 vacation rental properties across Alabama and Georgia. This role is essential to maintaining the beauty, functionality, and safety of our cabins, ensuring guests experience an exceptional stay in well-manicured surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance:

Supervise lawn care, manage weed control, trim shrubs, maintain flower beds, and handle seasonal upkeep.

Pool & Hot Tub Care:

Conduct regular cleaning, water treatment, and maintenance for all pools and hot tubs.

Property Maintenance:

Ensure exterior areas are in top condition, addressing minor repairs as needed.

Trash & Waste Management:

Oversee timely trash collection and disposal across all locations.

Seasonal Cleanups:

Perform spring and fall property cleanup, preparing cabins for peak guest seasons.

Guest Satisfaction:

Respond promptly to any maintenance-related guest concerns to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or a related field. Knowledge of pool and hot tub maintenance best practices. Ability to work independently across multiple locations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Enjoy Unique Stays oversees multiple vacation rental properties in the Midwest. You will direct and assist in managing all business operations in your designated market. Maintains day-to-day operations of guest comm, maintenance and housekeeping teams. Solves problems and puts systems in place to provide exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals. Job Specifications While this is a remote work position there will be required travel to properties in order to connect with other team members in a 1-hour radius around job location. May be a part of new acquisitions and assist in developing and supervising grounds at those locations. Maintains flexibility in regards to working hours. Urgent tasks can arise in the evenings or on the weekends and responses to appropriate team members are needed.
