Positions are available now. Must have a current Driver License and an acceptable driving record. Pay range from $15-$22 per hour depending on experience. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following: Follow and complete weekly schedule Delegate and manage crew members’ tasks Enter personal and crew members’ times Ensure all crew members comply with safety standards Supervise and complete tasks in a timely manner Monitor plant health for disease and pest problems Report any issues to supervisor Communicate respectfully and professionally with all clients and employees Must have a valid driver’s license Must have landscaping/lawn care experience Must have ability to drive vehicle with truck and trailer Landscaping is an outdoor job. Conditions include but are not limited to: extreme temperatures, some rain, heavy lifting of plants and materials. Able and willing to work in various/extreme weather conditions (8-10 hours per day) Good driving record Able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10 hours per day) Problem solving skills and proven time management are necessary Pesticide license a plus (OTPS), but not necessary Benefits
