- to deliver unparalleled quality in everything we do Job Description The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for displaying leadership skillsets, logistical execution, proper horticultural practices, and safety among a crew of 1-2 others.
The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will oversee their role in a positive manner. Requirements and Responsibilities including, but not limited to daily reporting in uniform to MHLC Monday
- Friday to prepare truck / equipment by 6:45AM in uniform: Company hat, Company shirt / jacket, pants, belt, boots communicate project needs and updates professionally to Supervisor interact with Crew in a multiple-task environment concerning weekly objectives and daily tasks safely operate landscape equipment demonstrate time-management and project efficiency by completing tasks on time and within budget Benefits to be applied after 90 days of employment health, vision, and dental opportunities 5 days paid time off after 90 days of employment, pro-rated during first calendar year paid holidays 401(k) plan with employer matching Compensation based upon experience, entering skillsets, and industry standards
