Landscape Manager/Operator Southern Earthworks 4751 Pike Rd, Pike Road, AL 36064 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, garden upkeep, tree care, and irrigation systems. The Landscape Technician will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of properties while ensuring the health and maintenance of plants and landscapes. Duties Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Care for gardens by planting, weeding, and maintaining flower beds. Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Provide tree care services including pruning, fertilization, and pest management. Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers to ensure efficient project completion. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and tree care practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
