The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscaping, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves supervising landscape maintenance activities, overseeing the care of gardens, and managing irrigation systems. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding. Manage irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and healthy plant growth. Implement tree care practices to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees on properties. Build and install landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, and garden beds as needed. Train and mentor team members in best practices for landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. Maintain equipment used in landscaping operations, ensuring it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a landscaping environment.
