The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising crew members, ensuring project completion, and maintaining the highest standards of landscape care. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, pruning, and irrigation system management. Train and mentor team members on best practices for groundskeeping and landscape maintenance techniques. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations for improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during all landscaping operations. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of gardening techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
