Collegiate Landscaping is hiring Team Leaders to manage 2-6 crew members across a variety of residential and commercial landscape jobs. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and have a passion for building great outdoor spaces — we want to hear from you. ????

What You’ll Do:

• Lead crews in lawn maintenance, edging, mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, and seasonal cleanups
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to Collegiate standards
• Operate trucks, trailers, and a full range of landscaping equipment
• Solve problems, keep your crew on track, and represent the company professionally on every job site ✅

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of landscape experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Comfortable driving a truck & trailer (DOT knowledge is a plus)
• Skilled in operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, mini-excavators, and more
• Strong knowledge of turf care and landscape maintenance practices
• Reliable, organized, and physically able to work long days outdoors
• Valid driver’s license is required Pay is competitive and based on experience.
