The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers on job sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly. Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and project specifications. Oversee installation of landscaping elements such as sod, plants, trees, retaining walls, patios, irrigation systems, and drainage solutions. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles. Monitor crew performance and provide training or guidance as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and company leadership regarding project progress and any issues. Maintain detailed records of labor, materials, and project timelines. Enforce company policies and job site safety standards at all times. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping. Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams. Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for efficient water management. Ability to maintain high standards of quality while managing multiple projects. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. A keen eye for detail to ensure landscapes are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.
