Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of landscape crew members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Perform a variety of landscaping tasks including planting, mowing, trimming, and irrigation system installation. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
