Field Manager Pool Associates Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $80,000 – $120,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description Field Manager The Field Manager is responsible for quality service for a specific amount of pools in a defined geographical area. You will be responsible for managing the customer retention. You will be a player/coach. Below is your specific job description and expectations.

Route Completion :

To ensure 100% of the pools are cleaned on time & with quality. You must review 100% of the pools cleaned that day to ensure the pools are clean and clear and chemical readings are entered. It is your responsibility to identify if the technician is not properly updating skimmer & to call and correct them. This must happen everyday by 5:30PM. To further clarify, you will look at 100% of the pools on cleaning routes via skimmer app or software we use in future. We must not miss any days to maintain quality. We must not sit back and wait for customers to call us with pools that are going green or have low chlorine/salt levels. You will complete the pool health report daily with the office manager and cleaning manager.

Tech support:

provide technicians with mentorship, guidance, and quick response You will be the escalated point of contact for your area team with specific questions about pools. You will also be the escalated point of contact for our customer service team on how to address customer issues or concerns related to pool cleaning if the Office Manager is unable to address the issue/concern. If the issue cannot be resolved by office staff, you will be responsible to reach out to the customer directly to find a resolution. You will coordinate/manage the fleet management program which includes scheduling installation of geotrackers and cameras on trucks as needed and approving maintenance if needed.

Elevated Pool Technician Responsibilities:

You will clean pools as needed for your area that require coverage. You will be responsible to visit any problem pools to correct issues as needed and to follow-up with the assigned technician to ensure that they understand how to properly maintain the pool.

Morning Check In’s :

Lead a morning call to go over schedule for the day and point out any customer details that need to be addressed with the team member. This call will be done at or before 8AM, 5 days a week.

Examples:

Customer was mad from the previous week, their pool condition, maybe they need a repair and the customer may ask about it, maybe they have a pool that needs to be treated with chlorine when it’s a salt, etc.

Weekly In Person Meetings:

You will lead a weekly in person meeting with techs to review any new policies, procedures, safety issues or other miscellaneous items.

Compensation:

The Field Manager receives an annual salary, plus paid expenses for a company vehicle and a phone stipend.
