Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Manager for our landscaping operations. In this key role, you will oversee the install functions of your assigned branch, ensuring that quality and cost-effective services are delivered to clients. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide exceptional quality, customer service, efficient estimating, and effective budgeting. Responsibilities Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet both client and company standards. Manage all landscape services, including coordination of materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors. Inspect properties before and after scheduled services, preparing action plans as necessary. Monitor and identify issues with irrigation systems, landscape health, insects, or diseases. Enforce company policies related to safety, equipment upkeep, storage, and training. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify staffing needs, hire crew members, and schedule daily work. Oversee employee training, development, counseling, and disciplinary actions. Provide hands-on training and support to crew members. Focus on safety standards and maintain safety records. Manage required paperwork and Aspire entries. Manage and mentor direct reports within your division. Qualifications High School Diploma and 5-10 years of progressive landscaping industry experience, including at least two years in a leadership role. Bi-lingual communication skills are a plus.
