Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Landscape Installer to work hands-on in all aspects of landscape construction, including plant and tree installations, grading, irrigation, drainage, sod installation, and hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Install plants, trees, sod, and other softscape elements according to landscape designs. ✅ Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation. ✅ Construct hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and edging. ✅ Install drainage systems and irrigation components. ✅ Work with rock, mulch, and other landscape materials for decorative and functional applications. ✅ Assist with custom build projects. ✅ Operate machinery and tools such as skid steers, trenchers, compactors, and saws. ✅ Follow job site plans and work closely with the crew leader to ensure quality and efficiency. ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
Qualifications:
✔️ Experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, or construction is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated candidates. ✔️ Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions. ✔️ Knowledge of grading, drainage, and irrigation systems is a plus. ✔️ Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and compactors is preferred. ✔️ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. ✔️ Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting. ✔️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
