Foreman landscaping Genesis Landscape Services Weeki Wachee, FL 34613 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach, overseeing various landscaping projects while ensuring the team’s efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Plan and execute landscape installation projects, including building garden beds, planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Maintain equipment and tools used for landscaping tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition. Train new team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while working on-site. Able to drive a truck and trailer with a clean driving record 3 years in the field experience 1 year lead experience preferred but not necessary Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or installation with a focus on supervisory roles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license is preferred.
