Design and Field Manager, Native Landscapes Springer Environmental Services 5926 West Us Highway 92, Plant City, FL 33566 Springer Environmental Services is seeking a Native Landscape Enhancement Specialist. We build landscapes that are unlike other, more traditional landscapes. We use primarily Florida native plants, with a goal of creating beautiful spaces that function like natural ecosystems. Therefore, we need a candidate that is already experienced and enthusiastic about native plants or is willing to devote time to learning about how to properly use native plants in the landscape.
Daily duties will include:
Meeting customers to discuss their goals and needs. Designing in the field and/or using design software to create a plan. Managing a team of installers to create landscapes from a plan. Making sure projects finish on time and within budget. Overseeing landscape enhancement through cleanup and maintenance. Managing and coach cleanup and maintenance crews to meet client needs. A significant portion of the candidate’s time will be in the field, ensuring the best quality design and installation. Candidate must have professional training in design or significant experience using native plants in the landscape. Salary is based on education, experience, and other skills the candidate can bring to further our mission.
