Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain equipment and tools in good working order, reporting any issues promptly. Safely operate machinery and must have drivers license in good standing. Experience Proven experience in a leadership role within the arborist industry. Experience in supervising teams and managing project timelines effectively. Ability to build relationships with clients while delivering high-quality service. Must be a seasoned cutter, this is a working supervisor position.
