Leads grew under direction of Superintendent. Must be able to work independently and be a self-starting problem solver. Assists the Superintendent with the care and maintenance of the turf, plants, trees and wetlands. Assists the Superintendent with scheduling maintenance practices around guest play and outings to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption to play. Prior supervisor experience a plus Must be willing to work in outside environmental conditions Must be willing to work weekends, holidays
