Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Crew Installer to join our landscape construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with landscape installation, enjoy working outdoors, and be a team player who takes pride in quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of landscaping projects including planting, mulching, sod installation, pavers, retaining walls, irrigation, and more Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Operate small tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., trenchers, compactors, wheelbarrows, etc.) Follow instructions from the crew leader or project foreman Maintain cleanliness and organization of the jobsite Work safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions
Requirements:
1+ year of landscape or outdoor construction experience preferred (we will train the right candidate) Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to work in varying weather conditions English fluency preferred; Spanish-speaking a plus
