We’ve built a stable, reliable company, and now we’re looking for a great Landscape Installation Foreman to join our friendly, dedicated team. Sound like you? Here’s the opportunity: We need a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work and enjoys guiding a team. As our Foreman, you’ll be key to bringing our landscape projects to life, ensuring everything looks fantastic and runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for your crew, helping them do their best work safely and efficiently. What you’ll be doing: Leading and mentoring your installation crew – teamwork makes the dream work! Making sure every job meets our high standards for quality (we take pride in this! ). Keeping projects on track and managing materials wisely. Championing safety on site – keeping everyone safe is priority #1. Chatting with clients to ensure they’re happy with the results. What you bring to the table: Solid experience in landscape installation (2+ years ideally). A knack for leadership (official experience is a plus!). Good knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, tools and machine operation. You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about doing great work.
