In this role, you will oversee a crew of lawn care professionals, ensuring that all landscaping and maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and tree care will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will need to have a Driver license as well. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of lawn care technicians in daily operations. Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging. Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. Ensure proper care of gardens and landscapes, including planting, and pruning. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met. Train new crew members on best practices in lawn care and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Skills Proven experience in supervising teams within the lawn care or landscaping industry. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care practices. Experience in building and maintaining irrigation systems. Familiarity with garden design principles and plant care requirements. Proficient in tree care practices, including pruning and disease management.
