Business Operations Leader Ilios Keys LLC Estero, FL 33928 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented customer focused Manager to lead our organization towards achieving its goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in small consumer business development. This role requires exceptional communication skills to communicate with customers and crew members and effectively assure customer satisfaction while securing profitability and operational excellence. Responsibilities Day-to-day communication with customers, assuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Customer meetings, estimates, follow up etc. Work organisation : create weekly/daily schedules and priorities the tasks for the crew Oversee project activities, ensuring completion on time, on budget and in line with customer’s expectations Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions. Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and increase sales and profits. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and increase productivity. Collaborate with crew members to achieve company goals and objectives providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment. Assure equipment maintenance schedule. Experience Proven management experience in landscaping business : Customer relationship, planning, project management, and business development. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
