Landscape Construction Crew Leader Position Overview:

We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join our growing team. As we expand, we need a dedicated leader to manage one of two crews of approximately 3-4 landscape construction professionals on each crew. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our hardscape and softscape projects while providing guidance and support to your team.

Landscape Construction Crew Leader Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew in various installation, hardscape, and renovation projects.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with management to effectively allocate resources and schedule work.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Landscape Construction Crew Leader Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in landscaping installation including irrigation, lighting, hardscapes, and operating heavy equipment.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of landscape and hardscape design principles and installation techniques.
• Bilingual a major + as several members of the crew speaks Spanish /
