Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines Lead a team of skilled landscapers, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to interpret project plans and implement them effectively Manage resources, equipment, and materials efficiently, optimizing productivity and cost-effectiveness Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards, address any issues, and provide ongoing training to the team Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all team members follow established procedures and guidelines Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in landscape construction and design

Qualifications:
