Pool construction A Quality Pool Network, LLC Ocala, FL 34470 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Construction professional to join our team. This role involves the construction and installation of residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with experience in various trades that contribute to pool building. Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers to understand project specifications and timelines. Construct pool structures, including excavation, framing, and installation of pool shells. Fabricate and install necessary components such as plumbing, electrical systems, and filtration units. Perform caulking and sealing of pool surfaces to ensure water-tightness. Manage construction tasks effectively while maintaining quality control throughout the process. Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation and site preparation. Install flooring around pools, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. Execute Marcite application for pool finishes as required. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields for at least 4 plus years is preferred. Proficiency in fabrication techniques relevant to pool construction. Familiarity with caulking methods and materials used in pool installations. Strong understanding of construction management principles. Competence in heavy equipment operation for excavation tasks. Knowledge of flooring installation techniques around pools is advantageous. Experience with Marcite application is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
