This role requires hands-on experience with various landscaping tasks and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, garden upkeep, and hardscape installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Manage snow plowing operations during winter months, ensuring timely service for clients. Implement irrigation systems and ensure proper watering techniques are followed for optimal plant health. Provide training and support to team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and equipment usage. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, safety, and professional development. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment. Experience with snow plowing operations is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
